Bar/Riverside Bistro

In the morning we serve our breakfast in the Riverside Bistro. Various soft drinks and selected wines are available at our bar (can also be enjoyed in your room).

Bathrobe and Slippers

Bathrobes and slippers can be borrowed/bought at reception on request and subject to availability. A deposit of Fr. 20.- is required for each bathrobe. Purchase price for bathing slippers Fr. 3.- per piece.

Bike rental

We recommend renting your bike from Flying Wheels. They have a large selection of various bicycles available and are located at

Höheweg 133 in 3800 Interlaken.

Breakfast

We serve our rich Oberland breakfast between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. in the Riverside Bistro or on the beautiful garden terrace. The price is Fr. 28.- per adult, children between 6-16 years pay CHF 1.- per year of age, children between 0-5 years have free breakfast.

Carriage rides

Would you like a little tour through Interlaken in a horse-drawn carriage? We would be happy to organize a trip for you for 30 minutes or 60 minutes. We will try to make an appointment according to your wishes after consultation with the provider.

Change of linen

The towels in your apartment are changed every three days. We change bed linen after a week. A more frequent change of linen is possible on request and at an additional cost.

Check-in/Check-Out

Your room/apartment is ready for occupancy from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate the room/apartment by 10 a.m.

on the day of departure.

Coffee capsules/Tea bags

Coffee capsules and tea bags are available at the reception or bar. Also available there: dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs. See extras for prices.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Amex and of course all debit cards such as Maestro, Post Card and Twint. You can also conveniently prepay your stay to our bank account.

Currency Exchange

We would be happy to exchange Euros or Dollars in Swiss francs at our reception at the current exchange rate plus 3% commission.

Damage

If any damage is found or caused during your stay, please let us know in advance of your departure. We want to fix the problem before

the next guests arrive.

Deposit

A deposit of Fr. 300.- can be requested upon arrival. This will be refunded after the apartment has been properly returned.

There are various pharmacies and (emergency) doctors in Unterseen and the surrounding area. The reception will be happy to contact.

Fire/Escape Route

Our hotel is equipped with one of the most modern fire alarm systems with full protection. In the event of a fire, we ask you to use the escape routes and emergency exits of the hotel marked with green illuminated signs on each floor. If there is a lot of smoke: hold a wet cloth in front of your face and move along the floor. Please keep calm - don't panic - and under no circumstances use the elevator. We ask you to study the plan for the emergency exits in your room/apartment. Collection point is in the parking lot.

Late Check-out

You are very welcome to hand in your luggage at reception on the day of arrival or departure. We have a lockable room.

The outdoor parking lot in front of the hotel is available to our guests free of charge.

Pets

Pets are very welcome. We calculate Fr. 15.- per night (without food). The pet owners are liable for damage caused by four-legged friends.

Room key

Please always take your room key with you. This also works for the main entrance door when it is closed.

Room Service

We are happy to serve you breakfast in your room/apartment. For this we charge a surcharge of Fr. 10.-.

Rubbish

You can deposit your black garbage bags in our container. This is on the left as you exit the hotel. Additional garbage bags are available from us at reception. Please dispose of empty PET bottles in the blue PET collection boxes on the floors. Clean glass and cardboard can be handed in at the reception for disposal.

Safe

You have a personal safe in the room that works with a key. Please take care of the key. If it is lost, you will be billed for it (CHF 100.- custom-made). We are not responsible for any loss of your property.

Smoking

We would like to point out that in the canton of Bern smoking is prohibited in all publicly accessible rooms. The entire hotel, including the rooms, is therefore a non-smoking zone. If there is a smell of smoke in the rooms, the cleaning costs will be charged.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony/terrace.
