Credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation.

Our guests can cancel free of charge up to 14/28 days before arrival.

​14/28 days before arrival your credit card will be charged with the total amount. In case of later cancellation, this amount is non-refundable. Please check whether the card number and expiry date of your credit card are entered correctly. If you provide false information, your reservation will be void and will be canceled without prior notice. Please check the validity of your credit card. Your departure date must be within the validity of your credit card.

IMPORTANT: The credit card provided must be presented upon arrival.

In the event of no-show, the total price will be charged.

Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m./Check-out from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The office is not manned outside of these times. You can reach us at any time on
+41 79 385 77 86. We use the time between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. for cleaning and preparation.

Late check-out possible on request and at an additional cost.

Children are very welcome in our family business. For security reasons, all participants must be mentioned when booking. Please note the maximum possible occupancy of the rooms/apartments.

Baby beds and/or extra beds are available on request.
Baby bed CHF 15.- per night/Extra bed CHF 40.- per night

Prepayment, Cash, credit cards Visa, Mastercard and Amex, Maestro, Postcard, Twint

A deposit of CHF 300.- can be requested when the keys are handed over.
After the apartment has been properly returned, this will be refunded in full.
 

In the apartments there is a change of towels every three days.
The bed linen is changed after 7 days.

A daily cleaning service can be booked for an additional charge.

The Aparthotel Goldey *** is open all year round.
We publish company holidays on our website.

The outdoor parking lot in front of the hotel is available to our guests free of charge.
There is also a shelter and a lockable storage room for bicycles.

Two washing towers (washing machine and dryer) and an ironing station are available daily on the ground floor. We are happy to help you with the operation.
