  General conditions for seminars and meetings
Number of participants
The number of participants must beconfirmed 48 hours prior to the event and will be billed accordingly.

A cancellation of up to 20% of the total number of participants can be done free of charge until 48 hours prior to the event.

Cancellation fees
If a confirmed event is cancelled more than one month before the arrival date, the following costs arise:

* more than 4 weeks prior to arrival = CHF 100.-
* 3-4 weeks prior to arrival = 20% of total cost
* 2-3 weeks prior to arrival = 40% of total cost
* 1-2 weeks prior to arrival = 60% of total cost
* 0-1 weeks prior to arrival = 80% of total cost

“Total cost” includes accommodation, meals and infrastructure for the entire period booked, as mentioned in our confirmation.

Refunds
No refunds are given for meals or services that have been cancelled by the participants when in-house. Replacements are accepted.

Billing
New customers will be asked to pay a deposit in advance. All other bills are sent out immediately after the event and should be paid within 10 days.

Published rates can be changed without notice. Our rates for seminars are published in CHF per person. They include V.A.T. as well as service charges and local tax.
